Flexibility

Our very popular Flexibility & Body Skill based classes are perfect accompaniments to intermediate to advanced Dance, Skating, and Cheer Programs!  Enhance your Flexibility with unique Rhythmic Gymnastics styled training!

Flexibility 1 - Beginner to Intermediate (Drop-ins OK)

 

This fun class is for girl athletes 5-7 years old who want to learn basic stretching techniques and proper form that are foundations to building flexibility and body skills. Girls work on splits, basic back flexibility stretches like bridges, and shoulder flexibility as well as basic strength exercises.

 

Flexibility 2 - Intermediate (Drop-ins OK)

 

Take your flexibility to the next level with this intermediate level class!  Expand your knowledge of stretching exercises and build a strong andflexible body.  Learn stretching techniques and exercises that include over splits and extensive back stretching.  Also learn proper technique for popular body skills such as scorpion, tilts, and more! 

 

Flexibility - EXTREME (Invitation Only)

 

Train with our Competitive Rhythmic Gymnasts as they push flexibility and body skill limits!  A private lesson with Head Coach for evaluation is required prior to class invitation.

 

Private Lessens

 

Private lessons are strongly encouraged for those trying to push to the next level. One-on-one time with a highly trained instructor will help give you a competitive edge and act as a catalyst for performance breakthroughs.
