JCW Consultants LLC, Our focus is to provide strategies for maximizing human potential. We take pride in having the unique abilities to provide these services to government, corporate, non-profit, and faith based communities. Because the core challenge is "Human Potential" we find that the training is very similar. However, the focus is different. Our Founder draws from a vast amount of experience after serving the U.S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant for 26 years and being involved in ministry over 23 years. He also has a proven record of establishing his own team of dynamic and motivated catalysts that carry the company's message.

 

The development of human potential leads to experiences that can improve the quality of life filled with happiness, creativity, and fulfillment. Those who begin to unleash this assumed potential often find themselves directing their actions within the organization towards assisting others to release their potential. The end results are exceptional, cohesive, and dynamic teams working together to produce the energy, power and connection that the organization needs.

 

Our training can be viewed from four connecting principals: Managing Self; Effective Communications Skills; Understanding the Mission; and How to Achieve Success. These factors provide the foundation for shaping our teams and providing the stepping stones for producing leaders in a continuum.
