Thank you for your interest in Elite Scholars STEAM Academy (ESSA). We are so grateful for our school and we are excited about what we believe is the future in education. This school year will mark our first year in existence and will go down in history as one of our best years ever.

 

Elite Scholars STEAM Academy’s primary goal is academic excellence, with a balance of science, technological literacy, engineering, and mathematics. Our elementary-aged children will be exposed to a program that provides a strong foundation for a child’s overall education in a challenging yet supportive environment. Our philosophy is based on the Chinese proverb: I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.

 

We believe in a curriculum enriched classroom environment that reflects children’s special abilities and interests by giving children the tools to construct their own knowledge and foster their natural curiosity to learn and excel. Our curriculum offers a variety of learning opportunities that will excite all children and is adaptable to any learning style. Our children are challenged to develop intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Small class size affords the opportunity for all students to participate, accept responsibility, and develop independence. Organizational skills and study habits are nurtured, and students are expected to accept increased responsibilities in both social and academic situations as they progress through our school.
